The Contractor shall provide medical transcription for inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory services provided to Government beneficiaries for Luke AFB Arizona Medical Treatment Facility. Contractor services shall cover the range of services normally provided in a civilian Medical Treatment Facility. Services include but are not limited to the transcription of history and physical reports, operative reports, narrative summaries, consultation reports/letters, radiology reports, Medical Evaluation Board Reports, Temporary Duty Retirement Lists and others deemed necessary by the Luke AFB Medical Treatment Facility.
