The Government knows of only two sources available for the item; Paramax now Lockheed Martin and Penstock. The Government knows of no other sources. The Government does not have specifications or drawings for this item. The Government will accept offers from any qualified source capable of supplying the item. All interested parties must respond within 15 calendar days of this announcement. The spares will be delivered to the National Weather Service, Kansas City, on an FOB Destination basis.
