"Provide all necessary services and materials to construct environmentally controlled dormitories. Construction consists of standard metal building systems with a minimum of interior finishing and associated site works, and mechanical and electrical work. Dormitories to be constructed at current site of existing hutments; which are to be demolished on this contract. Magnitude of project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
