The foundations, structure, and roofing are in place. The work consists of miscellaneous concrete and masonry, combination foamed metal panel and glass exterior closure, building and sound control insulation, metal stud and gypsum board partitions, suspended ceilings, ceramic and porcelain tile, carpet, wall finishes, doors, miscellaneous interior items, washroom partitions and accessories, spray-on fireproofing, food service equipment, associated fixtures, miscellaneous specialties, passenger and freight elevators, HVAC systems, domestic and fire protection plumbing, electrical power and lighting, communications wiring, security access control systems, and incidental related work. Estimated range is greater than $10 million. Bid opening date is not firm, but will be approximately April 1, 1998. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors. $35 non-refundable fee payable to Alliant Techsystems must be submitted with written request to obtain plans and specifications.
