Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, supervision, and other items necessary to operate, maintain, and repair the Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation, subsequent contract, and Performance Work Statement (to include all technical exhibits). The basic contract period for this service is 01 June 1998 or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 1998 with four option years. The anticipated issue date for this procurement is 20 March 1998 and the anticipated closing date will be on or about 23 April 1998. A pre-proposal conference/site visit is scheduled on/about 27 March 1998 at 9:00 am local time in the Contracting Squadron conference room. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Small businesses must annotate if they are a small business, small disadvantaged business, or a woman-owned business when requesting a solicitation package.
