The work includes the preparation of detailed delivery order proposal in response to Government provided scopes of work. This is a negotiated procurement utilizing source selection procedures and consisting of submission of technical and price proposals. The contract will be for a base period with two option periods. The Guaranteed Minimum for the solicitation is $50,000.00. The following are required in the amount of the Guaranteed Minimum: a 20% Bid Bond; a 100% Performance Bond and a 50% Payment Bond.
