Eric Obergfell (703) 681-0601 The National Guard Bureau (NGB) issued a sources sought market survey to identify potential sources to provide C-38 aircrew training. Only one company responded to the market survey. IAW FAR 6.302, it is NGB's intention to negotiate a firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), sole source contract with Flight Safety International, Flushing, NY, 11371, to provide initial and annual refresher training for Air National Guard pilots and aircrews to maintain their required currency. The contemplated contract for aircrew training services is anticipated to include a base year (1 April 1998 -- 30 September 1998) with four option years (FY99-02).
