Q -- RESPIRATORY THERAPIST SERVICES SOL 538-15-98 DUE 031698 POC Joyce Andrews, 740-772-7013 Contractor to provide on-call services of a Certified Respiratory Therapist to perform health-related services including but not limited to arterial puncture, blood gas analysis, blood gas machine calibration, quality control and Compliment 22 computer system, ventilator care, oxygen setups, oxygen rounds, performing EKGs and responding to Code Blue calls for an estimated 948 hours per year to cover emergency absences and/or scheduled leave by VA respiratory therapists. Shifts of work are: 7:30 am to 4:00pm, 4:00pm to 12Midnight, 12Midnight to 8:00am, 8am to 8pm, and 8pm to 8am and would include weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage. All work must be performed at the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. Performance is for Base Year commencing 4-7-98 and two one-year renewal option periods. RFQ to be issued on/about 2-19-98.
