The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order to Lockheed Martin Federal Systems (LMFS), 1801 State Route 17C, Owego, NY 13827 under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-97-G-0111. LMFS will perform software studies and analysis of the Airborne Low Frequency Sonar (ALFS) Reeling Machine Control System (RMCS) and its potential impact on the SH-60R, Multi-Mission Helicopter. LMFS is the sole source for SH-60R E&MD Phase I and is the only source possessing the knowledge, expertise, and technical information to perform these services. See Note 22. (0040)
