HUD intends to award one contract to provide records management services to the FHA Chicago Asset Recovery Center. The Contractor will be required to prepare records for the Federal Records Center, including the boxing of binders and legal documents, data entry, packaging, etc. All work shall be performed on-site at the HUD Office in Chicago, Illinois. HUD will provide the necessary boxes, carts, computers, materials, etc. See Numbered Note 1. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7389. The contract period is for approximately six weeks through completion of the work requirements. This procurement is being solicited using simplified acquisition procedures, and the value of this contract shall not exceed $100,000.
