This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) #80072, the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #97-02. This is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1731, and the business size standard is $7,000,000. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for retro fitting of Low Voltage Air Circuit Breakers with Solid State Trip Units. These units shall be Joslyn Opti Trip II TM RMS as manufactured by Joslyn Hi-Voltage Corporation. The requirement is for Joslyn brand only to be consistant with existing units. The equipment is located at the FBI Academy, Quantico, Virginia. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
