LENNON (914) 938-4998 (Site Code DAAG60) The United States Military Academy is soliciting for a fixed price indefinite quantity contract for computer systems. The contractor will be required to configure, furnish, deliver, maintain, service and repair the computer systems offered. The acquisition will be competitively negotiated and awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFP will be most advantageous to the Government. Contract performance period will be one (1) year from date of award. Estimated Quantity: 5000 Each Computer Systems. Delivery is required 45 days after receipt of delivery order upon award of contract. Delivery is FOB Destination to West Point, New York. A product demonstration model shall be required from offerors within the competitive range for Government evaluation of system capability and adherence to specifications. The model system shall be of production quality and exemplify the highest quality system the contractor is capable of providing. The applicable SIC codes and size standards are 3571/1,000 employees and 5045/100 employees. RFP will be issued on or about March 4, 1998.
