Z -- RELOCATE R&F UNIT IN RADIOLOGY SOL 659-6-98 DUE 031798 POC Colette LeBleu Regan Contract is contemplated in order to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment to renovate building 2, Room 2117 at this VA Medical Center, Salisbury, NC. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including architectural, mechanical, electrical renovations and modifications to Bldg. 2, imaging suite, room 2117. Construction will involve renovations and modifications to mechanical support systems above the ceiling systems, renovations and modifications to the electrical raceways and devices, replacement of floor treatments and ceiling systems and repairs and painting of masonry and plaster walls. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the contract drawing and specifications. The solicitation documents will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis after February 17, 1998. The solicitation is limited to 50 sets only. The standard industrial classification code for this procurement is 1542. The construction cost range is $25,000 to $100,000.
