SOUDA BAY, CRETE, GREECE SOL N33191-96-R-0744 POC Mr. Patrick Donnelly,

Engineering Field Activity Contracts Office, ROICC Souda Bay, intends
to issue solicitation N33191-96-R-0744 for the acquisition of
consolidated services in support of the Naval Support Activity (NSA)
Souda Bay, Crete, Greece. The contractor is to provide all labor,
supervision, tools, materials and equipment necessary to perform the
following types of services: a) Transportation services; b) kitchen and
miscellaneous equipment maintenance; c) Housing appliances and loaner
furniture program; d) Grounds maintenance; e) Pest control services; f)
Janitorial services; g) Bowling alley maintenance; h) Recreation park
maintenance; I) Fire/Security Dispatch equipment maintenance; j)
Barracks maintenance; k) HVAC, boilers, and refrigeration equipment
maintenance; l) Refuse collection and disposal services; and m)
Swimming pool maintenance. In addition, the solicitation requirements
may also include the following services: a) Bachelor Housing
Operations; b) Hazardous materials/ Hazardous waste/recycling program;
c) Office Equipment maintenance; and d) Galley food services. The
contract will be for one base year and four one year options. Contract
award will be based upon a best value analysis of all proposals
including the evaluation of price reasonableness, organizational past
performance and technical capability. Offerors will be required to make
an oral presentation at NSA Souda Bay in Crete. The contract will be
awarded on a firm fixed price award fee basis. The solicitation is
tentatively scheduled to be issued in mid March 1998 and will close
(offers due) approximately 60 days thereafter. A pre-proposal
conference / site visit will be held on or shortly after the issuance
date of the solicitation. Firms interested in attending the
pre-proposal conference/site visit and/or receiving a copy of the
