Furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services (except Government Furnished Property or services) as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) necessary to receive, store, assemble/package, ship, and manage the inventory of course materials. On site management is required. The period of performance is 1 OCT 98 through 30 SEP 99 with four one year option periods. A form of streamlined source selection procedures will be used. Minimum evaluation criteria will include (1) Past Performance and Experience, (2) Ability to comply with the requirements of the PWS, (3) Quality Control, (4) Management Capability and (5) Price. Award may be made to other than the lowest priced offeror. This is a 100% set -aside for small business concerns. The standard industrial code is 7389. The small business size standard is those concerns with gross annual receipts over the last three fiscal years not exceeding $5.0 million.
