The vendors are expected to provide a mark-up or discount percentage sealed bid relating to the pricing listed in the Trade Services Price Directory. The directory may be obtained from Trade Service Publication, Inc. 10996 Torreyana Road, San Diego, CA 92121-1192, telephone number 1-800-854-1528. This is a requirements type contract for one base year (April 1, 1998 through March 31, 1999) and two option years. This will be either a single award or a multiple award, whichever is most advantageous to the government. The delivery of electrical supplies will be made to Fort George G. Meade, MD. Routine orders are expected to be delivered within 15 days from the order placement. Emergency orders are expected to be delivered between two (2) to seventy-two (72) hours as specified at the time of the order. An historical listing of electrical supplies which had been ordered during a 12 month period is an attachment to the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. However, this is 100% set aside for small business. Facsimile bids will not be accepted.
