Indefinite items include: 1)Rewind Motor Generator Set. 2)Additional Temporary Logistics. Vessel's homeport is Boston, MA. Vessel availability schedule will be 8 June 1998, for 42 days. The place of performance will be at the vessel's homepier in Boston, MA. There will be a non-refundable charge required inthe form of a certified check or money order made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard in the amount of $100.00 for requested U.S. Coast Guard specification reference drawings. Award is to be made to the responsible offer, conforming to the solicitation, that will provide the best overall value to the Government. All offerors will be required to submit a Technical and Price proposal. The Technical proposal will be broken down into the offeror's technical approach and past performance information, for evaluation. The Price proposal shall be evaluated to determine fairness and reasonableness. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard.
