The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of the Armed Forces Medical Lirbrary, Office of the Surgeon General, Falls Church, Virginia, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with EOS International, 5838 Edison Place, Carlsbad, CA, for the purchase of the following proprietary software licenses: Cataloging Base Module, OPAC, Serials, Circulation, and Acquisitions, in addition to 800 telephone and e-mail assistance, and system set-up and overview class. Indicated licences are formatted to be read by EOSI's DataTrek software currently installed, which is integrated with the Oracle database. The following Oracle requirements will also be met under this solicitation: 2 Oracle NT Run Time Licenses for 10 Simultaneous Users and first year support, and Oracle Web Application Server.
