The Directorate of Contracting, Headquarters Materiel Systems Group, intends to issue Specified Make and Model contract for the following: Item 0001; 250 each Kodak 14 inch Optial Disk Media, 10.2 GB, Part Number 145-8413. These Optical Disk Media are to be delivered to the following sites: 70 each to be delivered to WR-ALC/TILTB, 420 2nd Street, Suite 100 Robins AFB GA, 31098-1604; 50 each to be delivered to OC-ALC/TILDO, 3001 Staff Drive, Suite 1AA83A, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-3041; 50 each to be delivered to OO-ALC/TIEDE, 6032 Fir Avenue, Bldg 1237, Hill AFB UT 84056-5820; 30 each to be delivered to SM-ALC/TICCA, 5019 Dudley Blvd, MCClellan AFB CA 95652-1026; 50 each to be delivered to SA-ALC/TILC, Building 171, Door 1, Post C-17, 485 Quentin Roosevelt Road, Kelly AFB, TX 78241-6425. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, ACQUISITION OF COMMERCIAL ITEMS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement, number F19628-98-R-0367, constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written soliciation will not be issued. Proposals received within twenty-five days of issue of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
