The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a Fixed Price type contract with Raytheon Systems Company, 201 South Highway 121, P. O. Box 405, M/S 3442, Lewisville, Texas 75067. This sole source contract is for Full Rate Production Lot 1 (FRP 1) of the Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) AGM-154A weapon system and for Low Rate Initial Production Lot 1 (LRIP 1) of the JSOW AGM-154B weapon system. Options for the next three years of production lots for the AGM-154A and the AGM-154B will be negotiated at time of contract award. Total quantities awarded for the base effort and each optional effort will be subject to the President's budget for the fiscal year in which award will occur. This contract will also make provisions to purchase Dummy Air Training Missiles (DATMs) and Containers, Practical Explosive Systems Trainers (PESTs), Telemetry Instrumentation Kits (TIKs), Special Tooling/Special Test Equipment (ST/STE), Sustaining Engineering, Software Maintenance, Technology Insertion, Program Management, Integrated Logistics Support, Technical and Administrative/Financial Data, and a 20 year Warranty effort.
