This notice is issued to obtain commercial sources qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for Grounds Maintenance Services at Ellsworth AFB, SD. The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform all grounds maintenance (recurring, day to day, periodic, or scheduled work required to maintain grounds in a specific condition). The proposed Performance Work Statement will include maintenance of underground sprinkler systems. The trimming, mowing, herbiciding, and snow removal (around facilities only, no snow plowing). Approximately 50% of the necessary special equipment (mowing and trimming equipment) will be Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The contractor will be responsible for maintenance of the GFE. This acquisition will be reserved exclusively for small business concerns, the SIC is 0782, the related small businesssize standard is $5,000,000. Concerns responding shall furnish information on small/large business size status.
