Aerial application of the Herbicide OUST. OUST Herbicide is a postemergent that controls annual grasses. OUST Herbicide is a dispersible granule that is mixed in water and applied as a spray. Aerial application will be from a helicopter only as per OUST Herbicide 24C Special Label restrictions. Application rate will be 1.0 ounces of OUST Herbicide per acre applied using water at 5-15 gallons per acre as per OUST Label. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals to complete aerial application of Government-Furnished OUST. Work under this contract is located in Elmore County, five miles southwest of Mountain Home, Idaho. It is located adjacent to Mountain Home Air Force Base.
