The work shall consist of all supervision, labor, material and equipment necessary to provide replacement of an existing fan coil unit in the AVCAL Conference Room, Bld.1, Rm. 1208, Naval Inventory Control Point, Phila, PA., with a new direct expansion fan coil unit. All existing distribution ductwork shall be replaced. New fan coil shall have split face evaporator coil with dual condensing units.
