New addition will have connecting link of corridor with the existing building 944. Exterior finishings will be combination of brick, dry-vit stucco on metal studs and standing seam roof. Existing building to have minor repairs and renovations and standing seam roof. Other work includes concrete paving walkway from parking, underground utilities, new electrical transformers and building electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
