Estimated range is between $3,000,000.00 and $50,000,000.00. Responses should not exceed ten pages. Include the following information: A list of ten projects or less that have been completed under a cost type contract; identify DoD, Army, and Corps of Engineers clients; provide subcontractor list of small business and 8A partnerships. Describe company's ability to complete construction activities under this type of contract. List local offices in the Los Angeles, Sacramento, and Alburquerque areas. Provide three references for similar work completed in the past three years. The information received will be used to determine the availability of sources for future solicitations and is not considered a proposal.
