The USPS controlled site size is approximately 59,000 square feet. The building size desired will be approximately 4,517 of interior square feet, 538 square feet of platform area and approximately 20,000 square feet of parking and maneuvering area. The building will be leased for a 20 year base term with two five year renewal options plus a purchase option at the end of the base term using Postal Service lease agreement.
