Architects-Engineers, (630) 574-8300 The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for the construction and lease back of a new main post office in Winnebago, Illinois. The USPS controlled site size is approximately 59,000 square feet. The building size desired will be approximately 4,517 of interior square feet, 538 square feet of platform area and approximately 20,000 square feet of parking and maneuvering area. The building will be leased for a 20 year base term with two five year renewal options plus a purchase option at the end of the base term using Postal Service lease agreement. The Postal Service reserves the right to negotiate with any and all offerors. Solicitation packages may be obtained for a non-refundable $20.00 fee (payable by check or money order to "FGM, Inc.
