Request for proposal (RFP) for the outreach/admission and placement services for Job Corps in the Western Counties of New York State, inclusive of Allegany, Broome, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Cortland, Erie, Genesee, Jefferson, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Oneida, Onondaga, Ontario, Orleans, Oswego, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne and Yates counties. 2. The outreach services provided shall ensure the arrival of a minimum of 312 male students and 228 female students into the Job Corps Program annually. 3. Placement services shall be a minimum of 75% of the assigned terminee pool (estimated to be 540 students) which are then placed into employment, school or the Military. 4. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period from September 1, 1998 through August 31, 1999, plus 4 Governmental unilateral renewal options for one year each. 5. The RFP 2-98-OAP-02-36 will be available on February 17, 1998 for issue in response to written requests. 6. The pre-proposalconferrence for the outreach and placement services will be February 25, 1998, at 10:00 a.m. It will take place at the Job Corps Regional Office, which is located at 201 Varick Street, Room 897, New York, New York 10014-4811. Please be advised that you will be coming into a Federal building.. Interested offerors should limit their attendance to no mor5e that three (3) individuals. 7.
