Concessionaire is to provide beverages, food items, and novelties/souvenirs to authorized patrons at the Barksdale AFB Air Show on Saturday, 18 Apr 1998 and Sunday, 19 Apr 1998, Beginning at approx. 0900 hrs and ending at approx. 1700hrs each day. THIS IS A 2-DAY AIR SHOW. Concessionaire will provide all supplies. Booths will be operated by base volunteers under the guidance and supervision of the concessionaire. Concessionarie will pay the NAFI a percentage of the gross profits on the following: food/soft drinks, beer, novelties, film/sunscreen, programs, and sub-contractors. Concessionaire shall also offer a minimum guarantee as long as the show is not cancelled and does proceed as scheduled. This award will be determined by the percentages of gross sales offered by concessionaire in each of the proceeding catagories. At concessionaire's expense, obtain all permits, pay all license fees and comply with all municipal, perfectural, and natural laws, rules, ordinances, and regulations, and further assume complete and sole liability for all natioinal, state, and local taxes. Concessonaire shall provide a proposed food/drink products listing and novelty listing with pricing. All offers will be considered.
