Services will include 24 hours a day, 7 day a week anesthesiology coverage. This service will include the actual administration of all forms of anesthesia as well as supervision of CRNA's. Contractor will be responsible for assuring all medical record documentation relating to anesthesia, including pre and post anesthesia assessments, history and physical examinations, progress notes, etc. are done in accordance with JCAHO standards and medical center medical staff bylaws and policies.All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
