This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts for Atmospheric Remote Sensing Instruments (ARSI), Solicitation No. 1-071-CG.0016 which was posted on November 21, 1997. You are notified that the following changes are made: Interested sources are hereby notified that information regarding the release of the final RFP will be provided within the next 60 days. NASA is currently considering changes to the Announcement of Opportunity process that may affect the structure of the final RFP and that will take some time to finalize. Therefore, offerors are advised against expending resources toward proposal preparation until further notice regarding this RFP.
