This announcement constitutes the only solicitation of this requirement, quotations are being requested and a written quotation will not be issued. This quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-3. The Television-Audio Support Activity (T-ASA) intends to procure the following items: one (1) each spare parts kit and ten (10) each box, sound attenuation enhancement, for use with Electrohome Model VistaPro 2000 Video Projector. The spare parts kit consists of the following items: one each IR remote, P/N 30-000315-01P; one each built-in keypad, P/N 30-000317-017P; one each IR sensor P/N 03-000322-01P; one each top cover assembly P/N 03-101420-02P; one each VIM, P/N 03-260601-02P; one each sync processor module, P/N 03-26063-01P; one each mother backplane PCB, P/N 03-260604-01P; one each main processor module, P/N 03-270600-04P; one each image processor module, P/N 10-4086025-001P; one each signal converter module, P/N 10-4086065-005P, one each formatter PCB, P/N 10-4086121-008P; one each backplane PCB, P/N 10-41008095-001P; one each TEC assembly, P/N 10-4108132-001P; one each fan assembly card cage, P/N 03-000128-02P; one each fan 7-inch blower intake/exhaust, P/N 03-000130-01P; one each low voltage power supply 215W, P/N 03-000313-02P; one each lamp filter assembly, P/N 03-000356-01P; one each switch assembly-momentary, P/N 03-000358-01P; one each lamp power supply 1000W, P/N 03-000362-01P; one each optical assembly, P/N 03-000371-01P; one each integrator assembly, P/N 03-000385-01P; one each bezel assembly-front, P/N 03-0020200-02P; one each door assembly-lamp access, P/N 03-101425-02P; one each power control PCB, P/N 03-260611-01P; one each optical subsystem, P/N 10-4124916-001P; and one each service manual, P/N 54-007074-01P. The Government anticipates negotiating and entering into a contract on a sole source basis with Electrohome USA or their authorized representatives. Offerors proposing to supply Manufacturer/Models other than those specified in the notice are required to submit with their quotations specification data sheets of proposed models sufficient to enable the Government to determine their technical acceptability with the specifications stated above. Required delivery is 30 days ARO. FOB Destination, Training Aid Support Center, Ft McPherson, Georgia. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation will consist of price, technical capability of the offered item(s) to meet the agency requirements and past performance. Technical capability and past performance, when combined, are equal to price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer. Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Order-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
