Pregill, Contracting Officer, (303) 914-5183 The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking interested parties for professional support services of the Enhanced-Use development of the VA's Office of Acquisition and Materiel Management Asset Management Service facility in Somerville, New Jersey. Support services would include marketing and management of the water tower for use by telecommunications firms. Those sources interested in this Request for Information are invited to submit complete information, in writing, on how they would utilize and manage the water tower for the purpose intended by February 20, 1998. Interested sources shall provide a business plan outlining at a minimum: Description of Proposed Operation, Financial Approach and Implementation Methods. Information to be provided shall also include names, addresses and telephone numbers of references where such management services are now being provided. This is not a Request for Proposal and no solicitation package is available. The Government will not respond to any request for solicitation packages under this Request for Information.
