Michael Dodd, Code SEA02522, (703)602-7900 ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders on multiple occasions under a new Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-98-G-52411 with Hughes Technical Services Company, 1665 Hughes Way, Long Beach, CA 90810-0399. Orders will be issued for engineering services to support installation, checkout, and testing of changes to the AN/SPS-73(V) Radar and ancillary equipment. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Hughes Technical Services Company is the original equipment manufacturer and own the proprietary rights to the design, and as such, is the only known source that posses the technical data, unique experience and knowledge to perform said requirements.
