The Program Support Center has a requirement for the District of Columbia, Department of Health, Addiction Prevention and Recovery Administration (APRA) for an outpatient alcoholism and drug abuse treatment and prevention program for a static population of 100-150 adults who are members of the sexual minorities (gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, and transgender) population of the District of Columbia. Services shall be provided in the District of Columbia, five days a week, including holidays, Monday through Friday 9:00 am -- 6:00 pm. The provider must be Medicaid certified. The term of this requirement is anticipated to be 60 months (base period and option periods). A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued seeking organizations to provide the services. The RFP will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after issuance of this notice. The closing date will be approximately thirty (30) days after issuance of the RFP.
