ALL REQUESTS FOR BID DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN WRITING. This project will renovate the majority of first floor of Building 85. Work will include a complete remodel of over 50% of vloor and finsish upgrades in other areas. Work will include demolition, asbestos abatement, new walls, finishes (walls, floors and ceilings), HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, and electrical modifications. In addition, this project will install fire sprinklers and replace suspended ceilings in Building 27 and67. Subject to the availability of funding. Estimated construction cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. SIC Code is 1542. Bid documents will be released, to those sending a written request, on or about 12/15/97. Pre-bid conference and walk-through is scheduled for 1/6/98 at 1:00 p.m. Bid Opening will be on or about 1/21/97 at 2:00 p.m. MST.
