The contractor shall provided Janitorial Services at the U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command San Pedro, San Pedro, California. The successful offeror will provide all labor, materials and equipment for janitorial services at the San Pedro installation. Services will be procured using procedures in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.6 Test Programs for Certain Commercial Items. Technical proposals will be required, award will be made on best value to the Government. Notification to unsuccessful offerors will be given only if requested.
