The HUD Pennsylvania State Office is seeking the services of a Real Estate Broker to manage single family residential properties owned by or in the custody of the Department located in Bucks County and the City of Philadelphia (Cheltenham vicinity, West Philadelphia, South/Southwest Philadelphia). Offerors will be required to submit a written technical proposal describing experience in performing comparable work, a description of the offeror's business organization and financial resources to be used in the performance of the work. The offeror must maintain facilities which provide reasonably convenient services to HUD and its clients in the area to be served. The contract shall be for a one year period with a possible extension of two additional one-year periods. The Request for Proposals will be available, unop written request, on or after December 1, 1997. Anticipated issuance date is December 5, 1997; closing date -- Jan 6, 1998.
