The contractor shall provide personal services of a qualified administrator to serve as Preventive Health Assessment (PHA) Coordinator at the 16th Medical Group (MDG), Aerospace Medicine Flight. The PHA Coordinator will coordinate with base organizations and schedule their personnel for all screenings and appointments that are necessary to complete requirements of the Preventive Health Assessment as described in the PHA Implementation Plan. Contractor will have a working familiarity with common office computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word) and a basic knowledge of medical systems. The contractor needs organizational and communication skills to coordinate extensively with base organizations health monitors. It is anticipated that the contract shall last ten months, 1 Dec 97 -- 30 Sep 98, with 2 one-year options.
