The SOCS consists of DEFINITY Generic 2 telephone switches, QUORUM bridges and a Manager/Monitor. Maintenance is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Period of performance is 1 January 1998 -- 31 December 1998 with four one year options. This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.
