The helicopters with maintenance records are located at Wright-Patterson AFB OH Helicopters will be exchanged with the party offering the highest dollar value exchange proposal on each individual helicopter. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to USAFM/MUX, 1100 Spaatz St, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433-7102. Proposals must be received in the USAFM/MUX office no later than 5 Dec 97 at 1600 hours. Helicopters and maintenance records will be available for inspection from 10 -- 21 Nov 97.
