This is a Simplified Acquisition Procurement under $100,000. The solicitation is issued unrestricted. The SIC Code for this procurement is 7359 -- $5.0 Million. The following is a brief description of the services to be performed: The work includes the labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision to provide and install two Office Trailers. The Contractor shall provide one Mobile Storage Office with approximately 500 square feet of space with air conditioning (heat & cooling), storage shelving, wiring, and lighting. The Contractor shall provide one approximately 1800 square feet, modular type mobile office space facility with manufacturer's standard plumbing, electrical wiring, air conditioning (heat & cooling) and interior partitions. Construction and the furnishings provided with each mobile facility, shall conform to Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Housing, Urban Development (HUD) criteria for such units, Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, and all statecodes for mobile buildings. Request for Quote (RFQ) is scheduled to be issued on or about November 11, 1997 and the solicitation will close on November 25, 1997 at 4:00 P.M. (Eastern Daylight Standard Time).
