R -- FEDLINK INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SERVICES DELIVERY ORDERS SOL IANS/PS POC Tony Lembo, Contract Specialist The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew a subscription with LPR Publications, Inc. for the continued use and access of their database by Immigration and Naturalization Service, Washington, DC (IANS). LPR Publications provides access to a comprehensive collection of federal employment case decisions available with continually updated information on decisions from: FLRA, MSPB, EEOC, GAO, FSIP, Arbitrators, A/SLMR and FLRC, and Federal Courts. Cases can be searched by Agency, Union, Arbitrator statistics and Case citators. LPR also provides access to online versions of the legal requirements controlling the entire range of federal employment functions. Services will be provided via "FEDS", a Federal Employment Data System which is designed to aid in federal employment research and information management functions in the following areas: personnel, labor management relations, government employee ethics, Merit System Protection, and case decisions research including administration and federal court rulings, applicable statutory and regulatory documents and a newsletter library. Service will be continued through September 30, 1998. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No telephone calls will be accepted.
