Drawings shall be in Auto Cad Release 12 format and shall include 3 1/2" floppy disc and reproducible mylars. A copy of the specifications shall also be provided on a 3 1/2" floppy disc in Microsoft word format. Construction cost limitation is $270,000. 25%, 75%, and final (100%) reviews will be required. Working drawings and specifications to start by February 9, 1998, and be completed by May 4, 1998. Bids to be issued by June 4, 1998 and contract awarded by September 18, 1998. Area of consideration is restricted to emerging small business firms having experience in designing sewer systems within a 150 mile radius of Montgomery, Alabama. For the purpose of this procurement, an emerging small business is one whose average annual receipts for the past 3 years did not exceed 1.25 million dollars.
