C -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY MULTIDISCIPLINARY ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING CONTRACT, NAVAL STATION INGLESIDE, INGLESIDE, TEXAS SOL N62467-98-R-9395 DUE 110797 POC Jacque Visosky, Contracting Officer, 512/939-2158. Projects assigned to this contract will be located at Naval Station Ingleside, Ingleside, Texas. Miscellaneous projects will be completed using an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multidisciplinary contract. Work includes preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for repair, rehabilitation and construction projects associated with architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering projects. Engineering studies, collateral equipment lists, review of contractor submittals, construction field inspection and as-built preparation may be required. Firms should have the capability of producing construction drawings on a computer-aided drafting and design (CADD) system. CADD system shall be compatable with Autocad Release 12 software. At this time there is no basic project assigned to this contract. SELECTION WILL BE MADE PURSUANT TO THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES FOR A&E ACTIONS. An evaluation will be performed on the qualification and performance data submitted on SF 254s responding to this announcement along with firms having SF 254s on file. Interested Architect-Engineer firms are invited to: 1. Submit a Standard Form 254, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire. Firms having a current Standard Form 254 (within one year) on file are not required to register this form. However, those firms with 254s on file shall express their interest in being considered for a particular job in writing and shall also state that a current Standard Form 254 is on file for their firm. 2. Submit any requested supplemental data to procurement office shown, Attn: Code 25JV. The proposed contract will be for one year. Contract value will not exceed $99,000.00. Minimum guarantee is $5,000.00.
