70 -- ADP HARDWARE/SOFTWARE SOL DEA-97SP0955 POC Yolanda Jordan, Purchasing Agent, (202) 307-7805 The Drug Enforcement Administration, Automated Message Management Unit has a requirement for: 1)two Gateway 2000 processors G6-200 configured as follows: Intel 200mhz Pentium, 64mb EDO ECC memory, 256k internal/cache, crystal scan 700 .28dp monitor (17"), 4mb 3-d 640 bit PCI graphics, 4gb 8ms ultra wide SCSI-3 hard drive, 12x SCSI CD-Rom, 3.5" 1.44mb diskette drive, tower case, 104+ keyboard, Microsoft Intellimouse, Windows NT workstation 4.0. three year warranty (two years on-site, and one year mail-in). Fully loaded and tested prior to installation and subsequently tested on-site at DEA. Delivered and setup at DEA Headquarters, Arlington, Va. 2) MSG-Lite software for 2-port system; 3) system installation (5 days) including local travel; 4) training (5 days) including local travel to include training materials for 5 students; 5) system testing and on-line activation support (5 days) including local travel; and 6) software support for one year. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open (JOFOC) has been certified, justified and approved for Validity Corporation. This requirement will be accomplished through the new Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR 13 dated December 15, 1994. If no affirmative responses are received within fifteen (15) days from the date this synopsis is published, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the acquisition to Validity Corporation.
