Fully loaded and tested prior to installation and subsequently tested on-site at DEA. Delivered and setup at DEA Headquarters, Arlington, Va. 2) MSG-Lite software for 2-port system; 3) system installation (5 days) including local travel; 4) training (5 days) including local travel to include training materials for 5 students; 5) system testing and on-line activation support (5 days) including local travel; and 6) software support for one year.
