E-MAIL: Mary Lou Desseaux, mdess@pica.army.mil. 12 -- The U.S. Army TACOM/ARDEC requires modification of the M109A2/A3 Gun Control Assemblies for use on the M109A6 Paladin 155mm Self-Propelled Howitzer. The Government will furnish the used M109A2/A3 Gun Control Assemblies to the contractor. The contractor shall overhaul the used assemblies per DMWR-9-2350-311-2 (1 Nov 90) and modify all the assemblies per the approved Government Engineering Technical Data Package for Drawing Number 12927679, test, package and ship them according to the schedule. The quantity is as follows: Basic qty 180 each plus option quantities totaling 286 broken out as follows: 1st option qty 36, 2nd option qty 36, 3rd option qty 72, 4th option qty 34, 5th option qty 36, and 6th option qty 72. Delivery of the basic qty is required between April and August 1998. The contractor shall provide all of the replace- ment parts. The acquisition being offered is identified as having Source Control Drawings (P/N 12927679). The TDP will be provided on CD upon request.
