The US Army TACOM-ARDEC has a requirement for a non-developmental (NDI) or modified NDI Quick Change Barrel (QCB) Kit to be used on the M2HB Heavy Barrel .50 Cal Machine Gun. Offerors will be required to submit 6 modi- fication kits and a quick change barrel for each kit 90 days after publication of the RFP. All bid samples will be returned to the unsuccessful offerers after award is made to the successful offeror. Bid samples will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation plan described in the RFP, together with cost and past performance the resultant contract will be for 20 kits which will have a revised delivery date of 120 days after award.
