The items to be quoted are 5 each DZUS GPS Loran Navigator with L1,l2, CA, P/Y and SA/AS codes and six channel receiver with Loran C receiver and GPS antenna. and 5 each High speed Loran C antennas and connectors for the TNL 3100 System. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is FAR 6.302-1.
