This project will include, but not be limited to the removal of existing chiller #1, controls, piping and the installation of a new chiller and associated equipment. The work shall be done in accordance with the project drawings and specifications and vendor's drawings as a guide to the items which the Contractor will be responsible for installing. These items, unless specified otherwise, will be supplied by the Contractor. Installation work includes, but is not limited to positioning, aligning, grouting, cleaning and lubricating equipment prior to start-up, and making necessary tests and adjustments after starting, and as deemed acceptable by the Contracting Officer's representative. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of AFI 31-101, USAF Physical Security Program, and aplicable security and law enforcement procedures established at the installation. The period of performance for tihs project, including the lead time for the chiller unit is 60 calendar days. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000.00 -- $100,000.00.
