Work will include demolition, asbstos abatement, lead paint removal and disposal, site work including storm drainage, grading and asphalt, concrete, masonry, miscellaneous metal work, carpentry, roofing, external insulation and finish system, doors and windows, interior finishes and furnishings, mechanical work including plumbing, gas and HVAC and electrical work including telephone/data/CATV system, fire detection and alarm system and radio and public address systems. Magnitude of construction is estimated between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000. Award will be subject to availability of funds. Duration of the project is 280 calendar days.
